Duties:
- Troubleshooting a range of computer (PC & Mac) and Smart phone issues
- Installation of software and operating systems.
- Assembling / building / setting up computers / laptops.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in-store, on-site and remotely.
- Giving customers technical advice and recommendations of services related to their computer installation/repair
- Liaison with customers to ensure that the highest standards of customer service are met
- Callouts when required
To be successful you ideally should possess the following:
- Be qualified with an appropriate tertiary IT qualification or certification
- 1 - 3 years of commercial IT support experience on PCs, Laptops, IT networks in a similar role.
- Strong work ethic and desire to take full ownership of your role.
- Great communication and written skills
- Proactive and ability to multitask.
- Full NZ Driver’s license and a car
